If you’re not satisfied with the service quality, you may request a refund within 15 calendar days from the official project start date.


2. Refund Eligibility & Breakdown

Refunds are issued based on the work completed and expenses incurred at the time of your request.

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • Your request is made within 15 days of the project start

  • Less than 100% of the project has been completed

  • No final deliverables (such as website deployment or ad campaign launch) have been delivered

Non-refundable costs include (but are not limited to):

  • Domain/hosting purchases

  • Paid third-party tools and licenses

  • Ad spend (Google/Meta)

  • Licensed content or images


3.  Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after 15 days from project start

  • Fully delivered or approved services

  • Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback or missing content)

  • Services purchased under promotional or discounted pricing

  • Third-party expenses (ad budgets, plugin costs, etc.)


4. Refund Request Process

  • Your Full Name

  • Project/Invoice Number

  • Project Start Date

  • Reason for your refund request

  • Any relevant documents or proof

Our team will respond within 3–5 business days.


5. Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and sent via the original payment method used.


6. Dispute Handling

If there’s a disagreement regarding work completed or refund eligibility, Userve Solutions will perform a good-faith internal review. Our final assessment will be binding.
